W584AP065 is the OTP chip for the W584A, W584B families. It build in 2Mbit ROM size to cover the correspondent items in the duration of less than 60 seconds. The W584AP065 operates over a wide voltage range from 2.2V to 5.5V in the system frequency of 4 ~ 8MHz. The W584AP065 consists of H/W synthesizer and mixer to implement 1-ch Speech plus dual tone melody sound effect. It also built in PWM/DAC audio output, IR, WDT and LVR.
